Owner experience
Vehicle passport, care timeline, help requests, service booking requests, updates and time-based warranty information when a dealer offers cover.
A car is more than a handover. Dealer Desire helps independent dealerships give owners a useful place to return to—and gives the people behind the desk a clearer way to care for them.
Built for independent dealerships
Owners need somewhere to find their vehicle details, ask for help and know what happens next. Your team needs to see every request, own the next step and follow through. We’re designing those two experiences together—not building another database for your staff to feed. After the sale, owners need answers and your team needs a clear next step. Dealer Desire connects both.
For the ownerLess uncertainty after leaving the showroom.
For your teamA focused view of what needs doing today.
For the dealershipBetter reasons to stay in touch, with permission.
A dealer-branded owner experience on one side. A calm, accountable service workspace on the other. One configurable platform underneath, so every dealership feels like itself without becoming a separate piece of software.
Vehicle passport, care timeline, help requests, service booking requests, updates and time-based warranty information when a dealer offers cover.
Incoming requests arranged around the customer, the vehicle, priority, ownership and the next action—not a cluttered, endless inbox.
We help configure the identity, locations, staff access and data route. Your team reviews the experience before a dealership goes live.
These are screenshots of the actual owner and service screens—not speculative illustrations. Every dealership, person, vehicle and case shown is fictional sample data.

A vehicle passport, clear cover status when relevant, and a direct route to help or service—branded to the dealership.

Distinct requests, a clear next step and a visible handoff for the people working the service desk.

Here are the real desktop care desk and owner help screens—not the design studio around them. A clear request on one side, a manageable work queue on the other.
An owner can explain what’s wrong with their vehicle already in view.

The dealership noticeboard shows an in-app event. The same fictional example appears in the owner’s Updates view. This is an on-screen synthetic preview, not a phone notification or a live marketing campaign.

The same in-app event appears in the owner’s Updates.

Screens are from the working product preview with fictional data. Owner request submission, real customer campaigns and push delivery require production setup and approval.
The relationship still matters. Owners can have one place for their vehicle, service history, questions, booking requests and dealership updates—even when no warranty product is attached.
Have a workshop? Start with a service-time request and discuss a booking integration where your system supports it. No workshop? The help journey can be configured around the team or partner who handles the next step.
Live booking availability, external data feeds and outbound notifications need dealer-specific onboarding and activation. They are not automatically switched on in the preview.

A customer asks about a warning light. Someone at the dealership needs to know it arrived, who owns it, whether the customer has heard back and what to do next. That ordinary moment is where trust is won or lost.
We care about the quiet details: a reassuring owner screen, a request that doesn't disappear, and a team that can move without hunting through five systems.
You shouldn’t need to be a software company to give customers a better post-sale experience.
What you sell, who handles service, what data you already have—and where customers currently get stuck.
Existing system, guided import or a simple native handover workflow. No database? That’s a valid starting point.
We prepare your branding, support routes, locations and staff permissions, then review owner and team screens together.
Invite owners only after identity, data and communication choices are ready. Improve the journey from what actually happens next.
Your first impression and your after-sale relationship should feel like they belong to the same dealership. If you need a website, we can scope it as a separate, coordinated project alongside the post-sale program.
No complicated website requirement, no forced platform fork. Just a clearer journey for the people finding you—and the people coming back.
Talk about your websiteWe'll talk through the owner journey, your team’s day-to-day and what a sensible first step could look like. No jargon. No one-size-fits-all demo.
Product previews use fictional data. Dealer onboarding, external integrations and customer messaging require separate setup and approval.
